By accessing or using AnyMK, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use AnyMK for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the following restrictions:

• You must not modify or copy the platform materials
• You must not use the materials for any commercial purpose without a valid subscription
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
• You must not remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• You must not transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• Restricting access to your computer and account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Some parts of the platform are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or yearly).

At the end of each billing period, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your subscription renewal through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

Refunds for subsequent billing periods are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team to discuss your situation.

You may not use AnyMK:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• For any obscene or immoral purpose
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the platform

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AnyMK and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the platform or contact us to request account deletion.

In no event shall AnyMK, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Your use of the platform is at your sole risk. The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The platform is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
