Account & Data Deletion

Overview

You can request deletion of your AnyMK account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, tenant memberships, authentication credentials, and any content that was created exclusively by you.

Please make sure that you have exported any data you need to retain before submitting a deletion request. This action cannot be undone.

Delete Your Account From the Mobile App

  1. Open the AnyMK mobile application and sign in to your workspace.
  2. Navigate to Settings → Profile.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Delete my account.
  4. Confirm the deletion request when prompted. Your session will be terminated immediately.

Once confirmed, your account will be scheduled for removal and you will be signed out of all devices. Offline data stored on your device will be erased as part of this process.

Request Account Deletion via Email

If you are unable to access the mobile application, you can email our support team at privacy@anymk.app using the subject line Account Deletion Request. Please include the email address associated with your account and your tenant name (if applicable).

We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

Data That Will Be Deleted

  • Personal profile information (name, email, display name, avatar)
  • Authentication credentials and OAuth identities
  • Active sessions and secure tokens
  • Tenant memberships and access rights associated with your user

Records that reference your historical activity (for example: work orders you completed or form responses submitted on behalf of your organization) will be anonymized by removing direct identifiers while preserving operational history for audit purposes.
